Our personal data protection policy establishes the guidelines for the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information, in compliance with current Colombian regulations, especially Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulatory decrees..

  • DATA TRANSFER AND TRANSMISSION: We may transfer or transmit personal data to third parties, within or outside the country, whenever necessary to fulfill our contractual or legal obligations, ensuring the confidentiality and protection of the information at all times.
